Contact UsiATL operates on a simliar schedule to the overnight shipping services – if they’re delivering, we’re receiving. iATL is staffed 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday and has analysts working various hours throughout the weekend. It is recommended that you contact the laboratory to request weekend analysis to ensure staff can meet your deadlines.
iATL observes a company holiday for most major US holidays including: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If any of the holidays fall on a weekend, iATL will observe it during the week. Client turnaround time will be impacted by one day due to the holiday schedule. Contact your client service representative to determine specific dates and to schedule analysis during the holidays.
